A feis has the feel of any dance team competition. You will see dancers in the hall getting ready and anxious family urging them to concentrate...haha. I love how friendly competitions are. If you don't win that day, there is always the next feis. When you do win, everyone is happy for you - especially your competitors. Pretty cool.
It is a chance to watch beginners through World qualifier Open Champions dance! Every level. Every age. They also sell anything you will need to pursue your Irish dancing dreams from shoes - dresses and everything you can think of in between!
The amazing part I like to think about is that some of these dancers are from our very own state! Many travel to these competitions from all over, but they are supported in large part by the local Irish dance schools. When you see the dancing, your jaw will drop and I have no doubt you will be amazed that talent like that is right here, in Utah.....in Logan. In Cache Valley!
